Milah called me a few months ago after she ran across Bethany+Brandon’s backyard elopement I shot in April. I love shooting elopements. As you’ll see through this pictorial journey with Milah+Arturo, the preciousness of such an intimate ceremony and celebration fits so many. I highly recommend doing what fits you as a couple best instead of following tradition. If your parents want a big shindig, but you’re more comfortable with something small, compromise by eloping or having a 20 max guest list then plan a large reception at a later date. Plus, you get to wear that gorgeous dress again!
Milah was looking for a beautiful, intimate place to elope with Arturo and ran across Tres Lunas Resort. I am SO glad she did…
Tres Lunas Resort. As their website so eloquently says, it’s a respite deep in the middle of somewhere. Set in the peaceful Texas Hill Country, Tres Lunas Resort is the perfect place for restoring your soul and celebrating Love+Life. Owned and operated by husband-wife team Craig and Carol Conlee, Tres Lunas Resort specializes in elopements complete with an officiant (Carol,) florals, cake and -thanks to chef Craig- the best catered dinner I’ve feasted on yet at a wedding. If you’re looking for a place to get away from it all and say “I Do” look no further than Tres Lunas Resort.
Milah printed a beautiful program and menu card. The perfect little details! Florals provided by Tres Lunas Resort.
Set amid their fragrant herb garden, their menu. And what a menu it was -so delicious!
Carol officiated their beautiful ceremony, christening their wedding kiss with the ring of the chapel bell.

Are you thinking about eloping?
Do it. Whether it’s a matter of budget or if you simply want to not be surrounded by 200 people while making the biggest commitment of your life (besides having kids,) I highly recommend celebrating your union as beautifully and full of meaning as Milah+Arturo. Elegant, stunning, intimate and simple, all while being pampered at this beautiful resort.
I offer custom pricing for elopements, so call me today and see if your date is available. Simply perfect, simply lovely.
