Eloping means you can have it all, without the big budget and big headache. I’m teaming up with local wedding vendors to begin offering our brides more options as they choose what type of wedding or elopement is perfect for them. I want to take you to meet some favorite vendors of mine who are partnering with me to create dream elopements. I’ll introduce you and talk you through the elopement experience you can have shown here.
Welcome to Schwertner Ranch.
Situated on endless acres of ranch land with a picturesque pond in the back, Schwertner Ranch is a spacious venue with multiple sleeping quarters, covered pavilion, open gourmet kitchen and gorgeous pool. You walk into the Ranch and it feels like home, your shoulders drop, your anxiety melts away and you never want to leave.
I have been blessed to work with Sherri+Lynn who run Schwertner Ranch for four large weddings. With warm hearts, incredibly stylish taste and a knack for helping guide their brides with ease, they provide a stress-free experience every bride hopes for. Offering various elopement packages (please contact them for details) they can help create not just the perfect celebration, but wrap your honeymoon night into it. Walk through with me and imagine having your elopement here, waking up to this amazing, peaceful ranch.
Every bride wants to be radiant on her wedding day and elopements are no exception. You’ll want Divaz Fabula, a talented, positive and joyful make up+hair stylist team (two sisters!) to come on site to get you fabulous. Having your make up done at your wedding location cuts out so much stress. No worries about travel time, running around, or messing up your ‘do and gorgeous face. You’ll be prepped and ready to step into your dress. And the bridal room is huge at Schwertner Ranch; the bathroom is fit for a queen.
Now it’s magic time. Your groom has the option of getting ready in two other huge bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house, or using the detached bunk house (sofas, tv, huge bathroom, tons of space) just to be sure he doesn’t see you before.
You lace up into your dress and see each other for the first time. It’s quiet; peaceful. With no distractions, bustling guests, or dozens of questions from relatives, you get to focus completely on this moment. And it’s perfect.
Choose to have your ceremony inside the Ranch before the beautiful fireplace or outside beneath the gorgeous mature trees. It’s stunning either way.
And it’s stress-free. Complete with a 6″ cutting cake, bouquet, boutonniere and champagne glasses, all you’ll need to bring is the bubbly!
Go ahead and make it extra pretty by ordering a custom cake topper, announcements to send friends and family afterward and thank you cards from local design goddess Sarah Donovan of The Stationery Bakery.
You really have to see Schwertner Ranch in person to grasp the grandness of it. The covered pavilion to the right is used for larger celebrations for the dance floor and covered dining, but also doubles as a ceremony site. Straight back behind our bride is the outdoor ceremony area that is just beautiful, the pond glistening in the background as you say your vows.
If you’ve been wanting a rustic wedding dripping with elegance and ease, you’ve found your solution. For quick reference, here are the vendor links for the amazing folks I teamed with to create this session as an example of what Schwertner Ranch offers you.
